Safety
RLM General Contractors strongly believes that maintaining a healthy and safe jobsite environment is one of the most effective measures we can take to keep project costs to a minimum and prevent costly schedule delays. From implementation of the award winning RLM Safety Program, to regular safety "toolbox" topics on the jobsite, to ongoing oversight by our in-house Certified Construction Safety Specialist, we take Safety seriously. Our most important project priority is that everyone returns home safely to their families at the end of each day.

Project Integrity
We spend many hours with the client, learning their priorities and expectations, and gaining a full understanding of the client's vision for the project. Not only do we want to understand the client's desired project outcome, we feel it is just as important to help the client look ahead to the future use and sustainability of the project. 

We furnish continuous Value-Engineering by evaluating alternative materials, methods, and systems to generate cost savings without sacrificing quality or schedule throughout the life of your project.

We develop a project-specific Quality Assurance Plan that includes continual examination of materials and work during the course of the project in order to identify and remedy deficiencies when they occur, should they occur.

We finish the project as strong as we begin, our end goal being to leave our clients with a building they are proud to share with others for many years to come.
