Recreational Outreach Center (ROC)

 

 

 

Construction was completed May 2002 on this new 31,200 square foot classroom, assembly and gymnasium facility at a cost of $2,968,752.  RLM brought the project in $111,000 under the Guaranteed Maximum Price.  Jeff Potter Architects of Longview worked with RLM on this Design-Build project.
