Design/Build services to construct a new 15,100 square foot facility for Central Southwest Electric Company cogeneration plant.  The project included operations control room, administrative offices, maintenance shop, water lab, kitchen, break room, conference room, shower and locker areas for workers, and an electrical switchgear room for the three-turbine-driven electric generators.
