Construction was completed September 2002 on this new 22,000 square foot customer call center for Alltel Communications.  The building shell was completed under a Construction Manager at Risk contract with AM Longview, Ltd.  The finish-out was completed under a Construction Manager at Risk contract with Alltel Communications, Inc.  RLM brought the project in $107,474 under the Guaranteed Maximum Price and completed the work in under seven months.  Jerl J. May, AIA, of Longview worked closely with RLM on this fast-track Construction Management project.
